Siebel Marketing 8.1.1.3: Disable Update counts on attaching Segments to the campaign?

Hello,

When we have to attach the Segment having 1000s of the row_ids (explicitly added in the advanced sql expression of the column properties) to the campaign, Application wont respond for 15-20 mins and then crashes. I thinking this is causing because of it making call to OBIEE to get the counts while associating the segment to the campaign.

Is there any way I can turn off /disable the call to OBIEE when attaching the segment to the campaign.
