Zfs and Samsung 850 Pro SSD

I have an Ultra 27 running Solaris 11.2 with latest SRU installed. I tried to use a Samsung 850 Pro SSD and install

Solaris on it. After a day or two of use, scrubbing rpool shows a small number of checksum errors. The same happens

with three different 850 Pros of different sizes.

Everything works fine if I use an old Samsung 830 SSD or Crucial MX100 SSD.

I tried the same test on an Ultra 24 and a Thinkpad with the same results, so it seems that there is a problem with

interaction of zfs and Samsung 850 Pro SSD. I suspect that it is a firmware bug in Samsung drive. There is no
