How to extend OOTB webservice with some new fields in (Siebel Commerce Object Agregator

In our project we need to extend OOTB Siebel web services with some new fields.

the problem is how to export those new fields to ATG via SCOA?  how to do it in SCOA (Siebel Commerce Object Agregator) ?

We are using Siebel Reference Integration Code - this is integration module for ATG with Siebel Commerce Object Agregagor(SCOA)- this is additional web application used during export catalog from Siebel. Both products are from Oracle and we want to know how to extend them. With ATG module it is easy but with SCOA not.
