Cost Rates for Lent Resources in Project Management Module

Hi All!

Does anyone know how Project Management module determines the workplan cost rate for lent resources, i.e. resources from another OU?

For example, I have a Canadian resource added to a workplan in a US project. I'm using actual rates for planning purposes. There are job-based cost rate schedules defined in both OUs. The resource is defined in the Canadian HR and has a job assignment. But Project Management in the US cannot find the resources cost rate.

I would appreciate any help.
