Segment Tree and Random Split in Siebel Marketing 8.1.13/ OBIEE 10.1.3.4

Hello,

I understand that there is a product defect with the Random Splits using Segment Trees in OBIEE 10.1.3.4. We also tried using the allocation % to split the Segment group for multi treatments in Siebel and were not successful because of one more Product defect on splitting the allocation percentage.

Just thought of reaching the community to see if we have any options to randomly split the Segment for using the Multi-Treatments.
