Loan Management Calculation (Annuity Due)

Hi Gurus,

I wanted to ask is there any possibility to calculate "Annuity Due" in Oracle Loans,

Currently I am able to calculate (and make schedules) on calculations based on "Simple Annuity".

this is the Simple Annuity Formula upon which PMT is being calculated and the schedule is based on; (this calculate the PMT amount as on the end of the Month)

where as we require the schedules to be calculated with Annuity Due formula; (this calculates the PMT amount as on the start of the Month)

any help in this matter will be much appreciated!!!

p.s. If any one has used the Excel "PMT" formula, Oracle is currently calculating the PMT calculation with type 0, and we want to use type 1 (if this is any help)
