How to order database selection in EPPM Web

How can I reorder the 8.3.5 Web Database Selection when logging into the Web

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We allow users to choose from two databases.  The business wishes to list databaseB   first in the drop down, then DatabaseA.


How can I change the default ordere.  I don't have anyplace to order them.  In the configuration file they are ordered as I would like to see them, but in when they show in the drop down when logging into the Web, they are oposite.
