supply_type of job default from item, not organization BOM

Hello Experts

12.0.4.

Organization BOM common from other organization and change the supply_type in organization BOM, also define the supply_type at organization item.

Create discrete job, found the supply_type of material requirement default from Common BOM. If set the supply_type as null in common BOM, the supply_type will default from organization_item, not default from Organization item.

Example: In Org A, BOM common from Org B, set the supply_type=Operation pull in Org A BOM. In Common BOM of Org B, set the supply_type=Assembly pull; In Org A item, set the supply_type=Puch.
