How to consolidate SO line quantities to pick release?

Our organization is WMS Enabled, and we now have the following requirement:

A SO with two lines:

SO line 1.1: Item A  qty = 15 Each

SO line 2.1: Item A  qty = 18 Each

For Item A, 1 Box = 10 Each

Two subinventories:

INV-A: Item in this inventory are all in LPNs, Prioritize Pick UOM = Box

INV-B: Item in this inventory are all loose, Prioritize Pick UOM = Each

Pick rule allocation mode:

No LPN Allocation, Prioritize Pick UOM

When we release the order, the system suggests picking 2 Boxes from INV-A and 13 Eaches from INV-B.

We wonder if it is possible to suggest picking 3 Boxes from INV-A and 3 Eaches from INV-B?
