EAM iProcurement Requisitions with One-Time Address

I am attempting to create a requisition via the iProcuremt link in EAM using a one time deliver to address. I set up the dummy address location and linked it to the EAM organization. Additionally I set the POR: One-Time address to the location I created. When I click on the one time address link, the Work Order Information disappears and the fields are not available to re-enter the work order number and operation. Is this to be expected or did I miss a setup step?
