We are using Weblogic webcenter portal. What are steps involve to sync E1 users with OID.

We are using below E1 Config.

E1 Application Release :9.1
Tools Release Version :9.1.4.7
Database Type and Version:11.2.0.3
Operating System :Solaris 10 update 5
Web Server Application: weblogic
