Oracle database best performance

Hi Colleagues,

Recently i migrate my Oracle application system R12.1.3 from Windows server 32bit to Windows server 2008 64bit and i want to get benefits from this migration(optimize memory, CPU performance...)

After migration i didn't notice any optimization, discoverer reports still slow, requests running also.... even i did this migration into more performed servers (more memory)

i execute bde_chk_cbo.sql and did all necessary change but no expected results (see attached file)

please help me to get benefit of the migration and optimize my system(database and application)

Note:

Oracle application R12.1.3

Database 11.2.0.4

OS: windows server 2008 64 bit
