about csi expires issue

hi, everyone. when I login MOS website the system notice my company csi will expire the end of this month. the queistion is i want to continue have the authority login MOS. but i do not konw how to solve it.

as the notice information i phoned to OPN team to ask how to solve it. no one know. and then i asked channel manager also do not konw how to solve it.

who can give me some idea, thanks.
