Cross charge/Intercompnay Billing for Burden transactions BTC

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10  . We are not able to bill the cross-charged tranasction of system linkage function BTC ( Burden Transactions) .. We imported these cross-charged burden transaction using custom transaction source but The cross charge type for these expenditures id 'NOT CROSS CHARGED' and hence can not be billed too.Oracle says this needs an ER .. Do you know  any workaround to have BTC transactions billed internally using intercopmpany biling in 11i.. Also let me know if this is been taken care of in R12...
