Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AME: Defining approver list using an array for approver group

Hi All,

I am using AME to define a list of approvers, and will create a approver group. I have a few questions:

Can I use a straight SQL statement to select the approvers (I have a hierarchy defined using CRM configuration)?
Can I, or should I use an array to store the approvers? If how do I call the function I sue to create the values in the the array in the approver group functionality in AME?
