BEST Way to handle Investments in Oracle Financials R12

Hi,

We have a large number of investments regarding which we have to record dividends, interest, Exchange Gain Loss, sale proceeds and calculate IRR at the end. How can it be handle in Oracle other than through manual JVs in GL Module. If anyone is using any other module for investments like 3rd party software then kindly let me know the software name.
