Processing work order messages P3411

Hello

We are using two different versions of p3411 but both of them are behaving differently when work order message is processed.

P3411 – version 1 –– when row exit to “Process Messages”  is accessed, it  automatically calls the R31410 (P48013- version 1) – creates WO order- BOM and routing are attached

P3411 – version 2 –– when row exit to “Process Messages”  it accessed,  it ‘does not’ call R31410 (P48013 – version2 ) – does create a WW order – BOM and routing are ‘not’ attached

Difference between P48013 is the document type of the work order created, version 1 is for WO orders and version 2 is for WW orders.

When P48013 version 2 is used interactively to create WW work order, it does call R31410.
