Question about OCDoctor.sh 4.45 Asset Count and Proxy Limits

edited Feb 5, 2015 10:02AM in Ops Center (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

In the 4.45 version of OCDoctor there is a new warning if the total assets bound to the proxy exceed 450 (even thought the OC Deployment Guide specified 1000 server per Proxy).

The question is, should Non-Global Zones contribute the same "weight" as LDOMs, Servers and M-Series Domains - the OS's?

If I count only the OS's, we have something like 377, split almost equally between two proxies. But, we get the OCDr asset limit warning because on top of that there are roughly 600-700 NG-Zones also on each of those two proxies. We have seen some some issues in the past with the proxy services restarting, but were given guidance from Oracle (at the time - prior to this OCDr version) to increase the Java Heap size on the two proxies.

Howdy, Stranger!
