Anbody using Oracle Application Developer Report tool on MS Windows 7?

We are having issue to install successfully and run the Oracle Developer Report software on our PC with Windows 7.

We did a search on this issue and so far came up with this Oracle DOC ID 1292919.1 that it seems we should be able to install and be able to open our Oracle RDF report but

we are not able to install as of yet. The software is not installing correctly.

Does any of you run your Oracle Developer Report on Windows 7?

Is there any document or steps that you know of that we should follow to be able to install Oracle Developer report successfully in our Windows 7 PC?
