Adlibout error

Release 11.5.9

When we applied patch 5230985,  the patch failed.

Start of adlibout session

Date/time is  Wed Jan 21 15:44:30 EST 2015

Log file is  e:/oracle/testappl/admin/test/log/adlibout.log

Command line arguments are

  "filelist=e:/oracle/testappl/admin/test/out/paoapp000.txt"

adlibout: error: the Unix userid running this program must have

access permission on the directory e:/oracle/testappl/admin/test/out

End of adlibout session

Date/time is  Wed Jan 21 15:44:30 EST 2015

1. Checked the permissions all these folders and applmgr is owner of the folder and able to read/write into the folder.

2. MKS toolkit version 9.0.0020
