Hi all, is there a way for an Administrator to "manually" sign-out users who have accidentally start

We have a few users who are complaining of being logged out automatically BEFORE the 1 hour inactivity window.  While this is the subject of a separate investigation, the users are effectively locked out from entering data into CRM.  We require a way to close all their sessions.  I have attempted a password reset and marking the User as Inactive/Active, but the user session still shows up as open.
