How did I ever see my server if I gave the arp -d IP? follow-up services

Hello everyone:

Stop watching a server with Oralce solaris cluster and the server has a LDOM containing database high availability. It happens that he arp -d IP and the connection to the server was lost.

How to restore service?

There is a LDOM control and follow-up services.
