Can't open EBS on IE 11/Win8.1 or IE10/Win8

Hi all,

I see 12.0 is certified with IE11 on Win 8.1.

But now I'm having issue when access EBS R12.0.6 on IE11/Win8.1 and IE10/Win8.

After type EBS URL, the login page even not appear.

Sometimes, after enter username/password, then click Login, the next page do not appear.

I followed all steps in Note 389422.1:Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 and applied all related patches.

It works when using WinXP.

Do you have any idea?
