Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team,

The Document we followed is

Patch Set Update and Critical Patch Update July 2012 Availability Document (Doc ID 1455387.1).

In this document please check, 3.4.20 Oracle Map Viewer.

We have applied patch CPU Patch 13997316 on 10.1.3.1.0 product home.

Do we neeed to do any additional steps for R12 ?
