Order Line closure workflow not inserting data in CRRL table.

Hi Team,

     Issue: Order Line closure workflow not inserting data in CRRL table.

  

               Once sales order line is closed, oracle workflow should insert data into COGS Revenue Recognition lines table for a Ship Only order

               so that COGS can be recognized.     

               But we have observed that rows are not inserted into CRRL tables. Could you please help us diagnose the issue?
