Tax line is not being created in payables

Hi

I created a new tax following the regime to tax rate flow.

However, when i create an invoice in payables and applying the newly created tax, it gets calculated correctly but a tax line is not created.

can someone give me a hint on where i went wrong.

The tax was set up to allow tax inclusion - standard non-inclusive handling

Allow Override and Entry of Inclusive Tax Lines - Checked

Allow Override for calculated tax lines - Checked

Allow entry of manual tax lines - checked
