RDBPROD: RDBODBC 3.2 64 bit driver on Windows Server 2012R2

Has anybody had any luck installing and successfully using RDBODBC 3.2 64 bit driver on Windows Server 2012R2?

We would be connecting from the Windows server to a db that is Rdb v7.0.6.5 on OpenVMS v7.3.2.

We seem to be able to install, create the  DSN entry, but when we try to access the odbc connection it isn't visible.
