Error out for generated PO orders on Generation Status

Dear Experts,

We are using EBS R12 and use punch-out to send PO orders to vendors in Iprocurement.

In the Transaction Monitor (Outbound Messages), we receive “Error” on “Generation Status” almost daily. The quantity of error transactions varies day to day and generation status error is not unique to any one vendor.

Any help or pointer is appreciated.
