SLA default upgrade data

We have run the upgrade process from 11.5.9 to R12.2.3 and after the upgrade process when we checked the gl_period_statuses the migration_status_code column is blank.

where we are expecting the default upgraded data should have value as U- means upgraded.

What could be the reason for this and how we should proceed further to bring the default upgrade data, since we have alreay upgraded, can we re-run the upgrade driver again and then run the SLA Hot patch to bring in additional data.

Please advice.
