Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ECO approval workflow

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3 and using Engineering module. WE have setup ECO approval process and hae been using since last 4-5 years.

We have some new requirement now. When a user rejects an eco, then we need to capture users comments about why is he rejecting it.

At present user can respond only yes or no on the approval notification.

Is there anyway to capture the comments/reason for rejection on the approval?
