IBM zS: Mainframe help

I am new to Oracle, my company is working on a Migrations project, converting from Datacom to Oracle using OracleNet (AM4CICS). I am looking for help regarding the following topics:

1. Defining Oracle Threads.

2. Using COMMIT=CICS

3. Batch JCL

I am looking help with the above topics, any Mainframers out there with Oracle expertize will be greatly appreciated.
