PDF View of Report gives an error

Hello all,

We have EPM 11.1.2.3.500 environment with Foundation services, Essbase, Planning, HFM, R&A (FR) components all patched to .500

This environment was upgrade from an EPM 11.1.1.3 environment and upgrade was successful.

When we try to open the Complete report Book in PDF we get an error as below:

The report opens in HTML Format.

also the Show Report Button is disabled when option to view report in PDF is selected.

Any Help will be appreciated..
