Fre Goods line if added on transfer order auto receipt is not happening

We are adset ding a free goods line on transfer order.

Then using confirm shipment with auto receipt functionality but it is not happening.

Any set up missing.

Auto receipt happnes if there is no free goods line on transfer order.
