Suggestions for Requiring "Reason" field when making a manual price adjustment to order line selling
Has anyone had any success or have suggestions for how we can enforce users select a Reason value when making manual price adjustment?
We have a business requirement to capture a reason for making the manual change in selling price. The reasons for making the change will be used in reporting/analysis by Management/Leadership. By default Order Management specifies a Reason of "Manually applied adjustment". I know we can add values to this list as it is support by an Order Management Quickcode. How can we enforce a user specify a value and one that is different than the seeded "Manually applied adjustments"?
