Cannot Upload BIP template using P95600

Hi all,

We are using JDE 9.10 with tools release 9.1.4.5. I had created and uploaded a few template records using P95600 in the development environment. There is a record created for it in F9500, however the Row exit for the template download in P95600 is grayed out. The template is a .rtf file and created using MS Word Template builder (not sure if this is important). I have tried uploading the template multiple times but it just doesn't seem to work.

I was wondering if anyone else has run into the same issue. Any assistance is appreciated.
