while creating BP Record in Unifier using SOAP integration, get the error "/studio/bp/action_service
When trying to create a BP in Oracle Primavera Unifier version 10.1 using web service, the server reports following error:
"/studio/bp/action_service.xml:314: java.lang.NullPointerException"
