Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to restrict User updating Customer Master in certain fields

Hi Folks,

I want to restrict Users for updating customer master.

My requirement is User has to update only address information in site level. But customer name and other details should be in read only access.

how i can map this requirement. Please help
