Can we have different UOM in contingent worker PO and related OTL time card, like days in PO and hours in time card. System is not doing related conversions.

Currently system is not converting Assignment Rate from days to hours in OTL and giving insufficient funds message. Currently system tries to validate sufficient fund by multiplying hours entered in OTL by Day rate (Assignment rate which comes from PO) in place of converting rates @ hour. We are on 12.2.4.
