Changing height and color of Message broadcast

Hello,

I want to modify the height along with the background color and text color of the message braodcast area in my siebel application. On doing little research i got the file htmlMessageBar.js, which I modified to set the text color,which got reflected but couldn't find solution for broadcast panel height.

Please help me with this issue.
