Slow responding when open Purchase Order and Master Items forms

Hi all,

We have just migrated DC to new location and changed to VPAR (hpux 11.11 pa-risc and hpux 11.31 ia for application and DB). It works well during UAT (servers in ILZ). 1 day after cut-over, we perform some OS patching as listed below and we experienced the intermitent issue: when openning Purchase Order and Master Items forms, the are many times extremely slow or not responding. Below are what we have done but no help:

  1. 1. Followed Oracle EBS support instruction to perform some Oracle patches
  2. 2. Remove vPar patches

Networking, OS and DB teams are working to try finding a cause but every reports shows normal. It's 2 weeks passed and the issue not yet resolved. Please advise your thought.
