Error at recreate and start Oracle Enterprise Manager Console (DBConsole) on RAC

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1

Oracle 11.2.0.4 Standard Edition

The Enterprise Manager Console was recreated on a RAC Node (only 1 node of the RAC available)

Ist not possible to start the Service:

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate -cluster

Database unique name: <sid>
Service name: <sid>

Password for SYS user: Database Control is already configured for the database <sid>
You have chosen to configure Database Control for managing the database <sid>
This will remove the existing configuration and the default settings and perform a fresh configuration
