Lot does not generate fixed assets

Hi Guys,

We got the following issue: A user did a reception of an item thru Purchasing, this item is connected with Asset Tracking and has been setup to use lot number. Before the concurrent program Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets ran, the user did move the asset to a Location outside the inventory, because of that the EIB instance for the reception on the item with lot number was expired before the generation of the FA started, and now the concurrent program CSEINVFA (Create Assets: Interface Inventory Transactions to Oracle Assets) is not generating the asset and is
