Our security team released of list of linux servers that may be vulnerable to attack as described in CVE-2015-0235.  A high risk buffer overflow vulnerability was discovered within the Linux GNU C Library (glibc). aka GHOST.

Our security  team included in the linux list our Solaris Consoles which would include

M3000  XSCF/XCP

T4-1  ILOM

T5120 and T5220 ILOM

I wondering if the ILOM and XSCF/XCP servers might have been built with the GNU C Library or what if anything these products have to do with Linux.

How cam I tell the consoles are running a Linux variant and what if any C library are present?

Howdy, Stranger!
