Asset Transfer Across the countires

Hi,

Busines does the Asset Transfer Across the countries. In oracle, it is just from and to entity from assignment window.

how the Global trade compliance is taken care...Is it something need to be taken care in separate module or can we do something and manage in oracle Assets.
