Setup of multi-stage routing WO

Currently, when creating a WO, we only have single routing steps for our simplistic processes.

We do have a requirement coming up where a multi-step routing may be needed to help expedite the processes.

Here is what we want to accomplish:

1. Take order for item with a packaging option (NOT a configured item)

     a. Item has customer specific branding

     b. May or may not have specific packaging

2. produce the base product

3. Route base item to printing to apply customer branding

4. depending on packaging option, route to specific packaging area

So, this item will have 2 routing steps at a minimum, but could have a third.
