ISSUE: P6 Report generate error message that it was created by another application

What is the ISSUE/PROBLEM?

One of our more than 100 licensed P6 Users reported that he cannot run one of his customized reports. The error message (013015-Annex 1 P6 Message) seems to point to an issue where the report's target code fields no longer exist because it was created by another application/P6 version. Is this true? As the Primavera Administrator, I checked the listed fields the report is looking at and they were all in there (013015-List of Report Target Fields). The same message came up when I tried to run his report. The report is Global (013015-Annex 2 Grab-Report Window).
