Missing Enable Organizations in Purchase Order Form

Hi All,

We are suddenly missing Enable Organizations under Tools Menu in Purchase Order form.

We need this option for GPA's, I verified all the necessary menu's are in place and I do not see any personalization affecting this.

This Option appears when I disable the custom code but I am not able to figure out what is stopping this.

This was used and working fine for sometime now but seems to be missing sometime in last year.

Can anyone please guide me on this?
