What would cause Fixed Assets F1202 record to not be created during Review Unposted Entries

When I post an AA ledger entry to an Fixed Asset using the Review Unposted Entries program (P12102) what would cause the F1202 record to not be updated with cost for the alternate ledger GA?  I had a journal entry batch with 11 different fixed asset numbers.  The cost summary for 9 out of the 11 assets updated correctly for both the AA and GA ledgers.  The cost summary for the GA ledger did not get updated for 2 of the assets.  Any ideas?  I have been unable to determine cause for this.
