Could not find OEFG_ORDER_HEADERS and LINES table or view

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

At the beginning of Jan 2014, we started implementation of OBIA first phase. At that time there was objects under apps user called OEFG_ORDER_HEADERS and OEFG_ORDER_LINES. Now, we are at implementation second phase and found those two objects disappeared. In between these time, we have applied the following patches:

16507117 OPI An data issue with bom explosion procedure in opi_obia_bompexpl_wrap_p

19311537 PJC Expenditure Processing: Critical consolidated code fix patch

19912478 PO This patch fixes the issue of users not able to see the correct hold status of the suppliers in supplier LOV when creating the requisitions in requisition creation form
