unable to download orachk.zip 2.4.5

when trying to dowload orachck.zip from note  1268927.2 it only downloads a partial file, I've tried this many times with 3 different browsers on different pcs on different networks and the result is always the same, the size of the downloaded file varies sometimes it's 300k sometimes 1.4MB but it's always a partial file.

 

Is there anywhere else I can download the file from, what do you suggest, it's very frustrating.
